High Pressure Cell and Accessories for Diamond DSC

The DSC High Pressure Cell is an accessory for performing DSC experiments at elevated pressure. The accessory operates with the Diamond DSC, PYRIS 1 DSC, DSC 7, DSC-4, and DSC-2 Differential Scanning Calorimeters that use the unique PerkinElmer power compensated principle. Pressure range is 42 Bar (600 psi) maximum; temperature range is 40¡ã C to 600¡ã C.

• Oxidation testing of oils, fats, foods, and plastics

• Suppression of evaporation of volatiles

• Analysis of pressure-dependent chemical reactions

There are built-in connections for a liquid cooling system (tap water or circulating system). PerkinElmer Service installation is recommended.
